Tresemme Color Revitalize/Color Protection Shampoo and Conditioner

So its 2 in the morning and I'm wide awake... Ugghhh.... I'd rather be sleeping ... I did a treatment on my scalp tonight and I did a video so I will post it tomorrow /today ...

I tried the Tresemme Color Revitalize and Color Protection Shampoo and Conditioner... The first suds with the shampoo it was very drying which I wasn't shocked b/c of the sulfates... I took a small bottle and poured in some of the shampoo... Mixed  in some silk amino acids and coconut oil in the shampoo and it really helped... It was less stripping.. Doctored up I actually like it...

I mixed some silk amino acids in the conditioner with more coconut oil and applied it to my shampooed hair.. I put on my plastic cap with a scarf and I will rinse in the morning.. I will let you guys know how that goes tomorrow...

I'm in the hunt for a color shampoo and conditioner that does not have sulfates... So if you have suggestions please share...

I've never used it, but, have you ever considered using "Wen" sulfate-free line of products? I've only seen the info-mercials that claim it protects hair color.

Kenra Platinum shampoo. It's sulfate free and it works very well on colored/chemical treated hair.

Abba Color Protect conditioner is amazing (don't even need to DC with it; just comb it through after a shampoo, leave it for a minute or two, rinse with cool water, and go). I didn't like the shampoo though. It made my hair hard. Instead I use Bed Head Superstar sulfate free shampoo. The only drawback is that you have a lot more hair than me, so the Bed Head container probably won't last you too long. However, I've found that Elasta QP Creme Conditioning shampoo (also sulfate free) works well and it comes in a huge container for a decent price.

There's a product called Age Beautiful that is sold at Sally's, it is completely sulfate free (both the shampoo & conditioner). I actually worked there and it was recommended to me by a hair professional (her hair is locked and colored). I haven't tried it yet because I just started dying my own hair recently, but when I worked there, a LOT of customers that I recommended it to came back and told me how much they loved it. If you do decide to try it please share your experience with it. :)HHJ!

DevaCare no poo and DevaCare One Condition. Excellent for hair color. Very gentle and conditions hair nicely.

Hey Traycee,

Giovanni makes a sulfate free color shampoo. I saw it at Ross 2day but i'm sure TJ Maxx, Wal-mart or Target has it
